Passionate about helping patients experience optimal health, Dr. Melissa Blanchard and Dr. Cory Blanchard opened Imperial Family Chiropractic in March 2017.

Reflected in our practice’s name, we seek to build an empire of healthy families in Farmington and Lakeville at our chiropractic office. All ages are welcome, from babies to seniors, including athletes who want to perform at their greatest levels.
